FSBO For Sale by Owner
There may be a time when it can make sense to sell a property without the services of a Realtor or licensed broker. We always recommend that our clients seek the advise of their CPA or accountant or attorney in regards to this option.
We offer conference room space for meetings with the buyer and seller and offer our printers and copiers for your convenience during the transaction. Pricing on the For Sale by Owner transactions is calculated using a base transaction fee of $350 to the buyer and to the seller.
